Breakfast with William

Jeff invited Grandpa Bill and I to have breakfast one Saturday morning, William's first breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausage.

William eagerly awaiting breakfast...
William had some milk and oatmeal first,
then Jeff fed him scrambled eggs and sausage.
He chewed it all around his mouth, not sure about the texture and taste. But he did keep opening his mouth for more, some great big bites. But when Jaime switched out with Jeff to feed William, the truth came out, literally, of his mouth. He had squirreled away a plate of scrambled eggs and sausage in his cheeks!
Gotta have some juice to wash down whatever was left in the cheeks!

After the adult breakfast, we watched William show off his walking skills
and playing with his toys.

Grandpa Bill got in some holding time too.

Side note on something else I have learned from Bill. Just because a tube or bottle seems empty, it really isn't. You can collect the last bits of soap, shampoo, detergent, whatever by turning containers upside down and draining the last dregs of whatever is in there. Here I'm collecting the last bit of liquid shower gel and facial moisturizer.
And these last collected drops can provide 3 days to over a week's worth of product!
